After living in my own home for many years, I now find myself in a one bedroom apt. All in all it has been a pleasant experience at Harborside. I love this one bedroom with a really nice eat-in kitchen, real oak cabinets, new countertops, stove and refrigerator. Easy to keep clean and looks great. There are nice deep ledges around each room, chest high that are great for decorating. In my bedroom, I use them as bookshelves and in the livingroom, I decorate them with vases and photos etc. The noise level is where I expected it to be for a building with 12 units in a village near railroad tracks and an airport. The office staff is great! I find them approachable and friendly whenever I need something. Maintenance crew is reliable and always shows up right away. The only maintenance issues I have experienced in 9 months is a small leak under my kitchen sink and a sticky closet door. Both problems were corrected the following day. I am upgrading to a two bedroom when my lease renews. I am happy here and recommend it for the price.
