We've lived here for a year in July. We recently just re-signed the lease, not because we wanted to stay here but because we can't afford to move.
Pros:
-Extremely clean with nice landscaping.
-Clean buildings inside.
-Plowed streets and sidewalks, kept up throughout the day.
-Friendly staff including mantinence.
-They will take a late rent payment and try to help if you're having financial issues.
-Right in the village. Close to bus routes, the mall, and 81/690.
-Weight room is nice. The refillable laundry card is nice too.

Cons:
-LOUD on the weekends. There are a lot of younger kids who have loud parties. Don't expect to have a quiet night on your porch friday nights.
-Walls/floors are paper thin. Perhaps I just have rather loud neighbors but I can tell you what show the people downstairs are watching or repeat a phone conversation verbatum.
-Floors squeak. Doesn't bother me but I'm sure the people under us don't like it.
-Water pipes from all units are very loud.
-Bees and bats are in abundance during the summer. I'm afraid to go onto my porch at night for fear of the bats.
-Parking can sometimes be crazy but it isn't horrible.
-The office has decided to add standard cable, 2-80, to the rent upping it to $751. I don't understand how they can make it mandatory but w/e. Also, the price seems a bit high, we have digital plus HBO for $35/monthly. They're charging $58/monthly.

My main complaints are just structural. If you can handle that, it's a great place to live.
