I've lived at Lakeview for 3 years. It's a great price for the Liverpool area. It's near all the major highways which is what first attracted me to it. They are all 2 bedroom apartments with one bath. You have to call a couple times to get the maintenance crew to your place, but they do a decent job. The management is not on the property which can be a downfall. There is some noise from neighbors and traffic, but for the most part, it's quiet. It is pet friendly. No pet deposits...in fact, they never even asked if I had a pet at all. They allow dogs as well. I highly recommend this complex.

I live there, and they are under new management. I'm not complaining but yes, they do require a pet security deposit plus a fee that's added to your rent each month. But so do many apartment complexes in the area. In addition, I'm told (just recently) that they have a one pet per apt policy. I have no complaints about the maintenance guy here. It's a safe, clean and quiet area that's right on a bus route.
