I have been a resident of norstar since May of 2004. Everything was fine at first. We loved the apartment and the price was just right for my boyfriend and I. But then we started to notice that we did not have hot water in the mornings so we were unable to take showers, then there was no hot water to do dish's with in the middle of the afternoon. So i called in several complaints to managemant over the coarse of 5 months. Nothing was ever done, we were feed a series of lies and bull. So i finally went to the town. It took them 3 complaints from the town before anything was fixed.

On the not of matience men that work there, they are all scum. I have woke up to a nock on my door at 4am in the morning to a kreep standing out side of my door to tell me that i should not leave my sons muddy sneakers in the hall cause some one might steal them. I have also had several things stolen out of my apartment. I have intentionaly set props up around the house to see if they would be moved when i returned home from work and sure enough some were moved and some were just ended up at the other end of the apartment. I tell you I am so discussed with this apartment complex that it scares me so much when i see other people moving in. Because i know that they don't have a clue what they are getting them selve into!!!!

Please go some where esle!!!!

I completely agree with this poster. I had a bottle of Percoset stolen out of my apartment when I kept my medicines on a shelf in the kitchen (I didn't notice for a long time when it was missing) and when we told the office staff they said, they didn't believe us. AND I had a $50 restaurant certificate stolen....I would not reccomend to anyone
