We called and asked for rates $525 they told us. We looked at the Apt $525 they told us. We had run out of time to look b/c we were moving from out of town and wouldn't be back to look until we moved. So we said we'ld take it.

Then we get to the office and there is all these fees for aplication, credit check, yada yada. and oh it's $525 for the first 6 months then $575 for the rest and the apt after that is $603 a month.

And they have you sign all your rights away so you couldn't even break your lease for a good reason. Unless you pay them $400 when you sign your lease.

Then i had a friend call and ask if the rent went up after 6 months and they told her "not to believe everything they hear" so now I feel really taken advantage of.

I cannot wait for my lease to expire and i will never look back. They day we signed the lease I felt so cheated that i told my husband we won't live here longer than we have to. I hated it before i even moved in.
