Competitive pricing, very helpful staff, nice neighborhood, respectful neighbors. Overall a GREAT place to live! Only complaint was when a washing machine in our building stopped working and we called maintenance to fix it and told them our clothes were locked in it so we were in a hurry to get it fixed and it took them 3 days just to look at it. The office staff has been very helpful, we have very nice neighbors (many elderly). The pool, playground, and fitness room are kept very well. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to move!
