$100 application fee and above average rent costs.
Weight room is small and the pool hours are horrible.
They keep the grounds fairly well maintained.
Secure building, but not really. (Tenants will often prop the doors open, and let people they don't know in.)
Some tenants are loud, rude, and inconsiderate, especially some of the smokers. There's suppose to be no smoking in the halls or stairwells and yet people do it all the time. Management has yet to fix the problem. It may not seem like a big issue, but the halls have no ventilation and it is disgusting.
The rooms have strange layouts. It can be very hard to arrange the furniture in a sensible manor.
Overall, it depends on you. I hate moving, and the problems are mostly bearable. All places have their issues, all you can do is find one that works for you.

I agree with this person and note that all tenants seem to share an ignorance and lack of caring for their neighbor when it comes to loud sounds, banging, music and TVs. If you attempt to contact management about the issue, they only check if other tenants have complained before they will do anything. So much for the lease agreement binding them to evict problem tenants. Definitely not a quiet and secure living area (as promoted on their site and brochures).
