I had lived in Norstar Apartments for over 3-years. Sure, there were times that I had ups and downs with the Management, but they all got settled peacefully, and they all benefitted me in the end. Maintenance worked out for the best as well. I feel all this success is due to the Rental Agent named Darla, whom sits in the front non-commercial office. Although she has stressful days from time to time, she has a big heart that is always willing to go the extra step for anyone. She will even stand up to Management for you. Afterall, she has been there longer than the rest of the staff. I only left the community because I wanted to get a dog, which they do not yet allow. If they were to suddenly allow dogs, I would move back in a heartbeat. I went to Pinecrest Mannor, and the Staff (Maryanne) and CNY Management is lousy. I am leaving after just one year. I miss Norstar so much.
