I've lived here for slightly over half a year, and already had countless problems. The apartments look nice, but the management is horrible. The leasing agent in particular (Darla) (who seems to be in charge of most things) is rude, continuously lies, and then forgets that she has lied. First I was rushed into signing the paperwork, being told that only 1 apartment is available, and only until the end of the day. After signing the paperwork, I was asked if I have a preference for the apartment location (so much for only 1 being available). When asking about the noise, I was told the walls were out of soundproof concrete (which later turned out to be cardboard). Then when I came to claim the keys, they completely ignored my preference and gave me a totally different apartment, even tried to change my monthly rate until I refused to sign anything. My bathtub has permanent stains in it, which I was told to just ignore. My door needs to be jammed in to close (which Darla told me was a security feature so I don't lock myself out with a lock that can only be locked from the inside or via key). I haven't received a resident booklet, and when requesting it I was first told that I must have lost my original one until I kept insisiting on getting one. I was never told a password to the gym and had to figure it out by talking to other residents (which only looks like a gym from the outside until you realize that half of the equipment is broken). It took 4 months and several complaints from me until I was added to the intercom system (it's a fancy-looking computer that calls your cellphone and is completely useless because you have to come down to open up the door anyway). I'm still waiting for my storage to be assigned after requesting it twice and living here for over half a year. I started paying for a garage a month ago just to find out (now that it actually snows) that this whole time it was also used by somebody else as well (and I don't mean just the garage being used, since it holds 2 cars, but literally 2 cars parked in a garage I'm paying for). And when complaining about it to Darla, her response was simply "Oh, don't worry, we'll give you another one soon, it shouldn't snow much in the meantime".

You must drink, smoke and be very lopsided. I suggest you try antidepressants. Perhaps that will make you feel better about your life. Clearly everything you have stated about Darla, via Norstar is impossible to be true. If the medication does not work, you can always go to the Funny Farm.
