I would never recommend this place to anyone they go into your apartment without telling you. They showed me a beautiful apartment and told me I would have a dishwasher and new carpet then when I moved in I had no dishwasher and the carpet was stained and tore up in a few places. I pointed it out the person and they swore that they had just put new carpet in the apartment. They gave me carpet squares to cover the tares. When my lease was up they blamed me for the stains and the tares and told me that they had to use my deposit to get new carpet. Darla is a lier and a fraud do not trust her!!!!! Looks great form the outside but is awful when you move in. PLUS ALWAYS LOCK YOUR CAR DOORS!!!! I ran up to my aparment to drop of groceries and put them away not a half an hour later I went to lock my car and some one had stole my camera. Another day I took my daughter to the pool and she forgot to lock the back door when I got back to my car someone had stole my purse, our towels and a few other things. When I reported it good old Darla said "This place is very secure are you sure you didn't misplace it'"
My last prolem they told us one rate when we went to look at the apartment and then after we had already paid an ap. fee and signed a few other papers they put the lease in front of us and is was $50 more then what Darla had said. I should have known then not to take the place but we needed it.

This is not possible. Darla is a sweetheart. At times, she is put under stress from the Management office and has limits to what she can grant the tenants. Other than that, Darla is a Darling! I just called her to confront her on this issue. She says it is not true. I have not lived there for 3-years due to a pet K-9 entering my family. However, I still consider this place one of the best of the best...thanks to Darla. So long as Darla is there, it will remain on the top of my list.

If you don't live here now, how can you judge it? Cars are broken in to. The people here, well just sit in the parking lot and see what lives here. Some say its like living in the projects. Police here often. Go to the pic-nic. It was like a freek show. Management tells you one thing and then they are gone and no one knows anything. Management changes way too often. They need to fire Darla and the maintenance crew and make a new start of it. Their work is sub par. Darla tells lies, this is true. She doesn't even remember what she tells you. She has been there too long. She doesn't even give the new management a chance to make a go of it befor she starts talking silently behind their back scheming how to get rid of them. New broom sweeps clean is what will help this place along with better screening of tennants.

I have lived in this apartment for several years and management has changed at least 3 or 4 times especially recently. The type of tenants has changed also, from elderly to a younger punk generation, possibly section 8 tenants. My first complaint is of tenants holding the security door open to smoke sometimes in groups. While its nice to have the door held open its not so nice to see butts all over the ground and the smell of smoke throughtout the stairwell and hallways. My second complaint is of management and maintanence allowing themselves free access of your apt. without notification or manners. On many occasions I have been walked in on while sleeping or being in the shower without being given an opportunity to answer my door properly. On one occasion I was able to get to the door and ask them to come back another time as I was indisposed. I couldn't believe it when I was told "No", knowing my rights I repeated myself and then proceeded to shut and lock my door. They knocked a few more times and finally went away. I reported the situation to their corporate VP through his secretary but was never returned a phonecall. The liverpool office was quick to call when they got wind of my complaint with much concern and many apologies. I will not be signing another lease.
