Take the comments of the previous poster and times it by ten ! The apartments are not renovated as advertised. They are patched and then painted over. The kitchen cabinets are old and broken with a coat of white paint. My dishwasher didn't work from day one and the refrigerator was a beater. The owner (at the time I was there) was verbally abusive (over something that was THEIR oversight) to the point where I was told I had possible legal action.
All the windows leaked when it rained and water ran accros the floor.
Many of the tenants have major family issues and there seems to be a lot of domestic violence. The police were there a number of times.
The kids are allowed to run unsupervised in the halls and outside and vandalize the mailboxes, write obscenities on the doors and delight in breaking anything from hall ceiling fixtures to door handles.
The "lawn" area outside my building was more cigarette butts then grass and there was what looked like dried urine on the brick wall.
The maintenance and office personnel (offsite) are rude and unprofessional. This place is disgusting on all levels. I broke my lease at 6 months. It cost me but it was worth it ! Avoid this place like the plague !
