As some other resident posted,I too was told of new side walks also.never done. my apartment had several leaks as well.each time it took them 3-5 days to correct the problem. i have never been so insulted by any one ,until i met crazy chuck .he can swing a toilet plunger ,but thats it. when i confronted him with a problem he looked at me as if i had 2 heads.every time i talked with tony ,all he was interested in was his new harness race horse down in the meadowlands.the guy across the hall from me lost power in half the apartment,and was told it would be hours ,due to the fact that chuck and tony went to the farm ,the reason for that was to look at tonys race horse. the reason for that was "chuck never seen a pacer get new racing shoes"this guy wanted his lights fixed and the staff are gearing up for the racing season at yonkers.man o man let me tell you about a bait and switch.that is what tony is very good at. he promised me the super bowl and ended up with the coin toss.tony sold me a bill of goods and i bought it . tony worked for the prior owners and they taught him the art of b.s. oh by the way,the former owners a company set up by bob congel.bob congels close buddys sold the place to the new people ,that picked up where the others left off.there are many nice people in the place ,but it has its share of drug addicts.I hope they dont run the race buisness like the apartments.because if they do ,they will never be in the winners circle.
