I wish I had known the information others have provided on here BEFORE we moved in. My family needed a place fast unexpectedly, and made a huge mistake! We too fell for Tony's BS sales lines of "the place to be". I could write pages of complaints about this apartment. We had door problems (no peep hole,gap under and above door, unsecured lock), missing kitchen drawer, unfinished "renovations" here and there bathroom fan with no cover (spit dust and dirt whenever turned on), missing siding, and rotted balcony floor, and the list continues. As for the snow removal, parking, and building upkeep, one word...TERRIBLE!!!!! During the winter you have to walk through snow up to your shins (really deep for my toddler going to preschool!!!), and then climb over the snowbanks piled up on the curb/sidewalk to get to your car. The first warmer day I couldn't even go out on my balcony because I was afraid of the wasp's that where everywhere and living under the balcony rail and within the siding. The hallways have NEVER been cleaned, smell of cigarettes, and the roofs leak. Forget about privacy, if maintenance doesn't come and go when they please (woke up @9:00am to my front door OPENED and a worker standing there saying "maintenance" , the people next door are sure to hear everything (I know we did)!! If that all doesn't make you want to pass this opportunity by, how about getting a termination of service letter from national grid because the LANDLORD hasn't paid his billed!!! Place SUCKS counting down the days to move out, WARN EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
