This place is a DUMP!!! Let me warn anyone looking to rent from this place, the management is just plain mean, the apartments have old rugs and appliances, and most of all the maintenance sucks!! For example, the roof above my bedroom was holding so much water in it, my ceiling was literally bowed down, it took maintenance 3 days to finally get here, then the guy stuck a screwdriver in my ceiling, made a hole, and 4 buckets of water fell out!! There was also water dripping off the light bulb in my bathroom! The light kept shorting out, and thats how I found out. I kept getting the runaround from management about when they were going to fix my ceiling and finally I had to call the Code Enforcement Officer in our town just to get them to fix it!! Also, we have to vacuum our own hallways, and wash all the filth off the walls out there, I have never once seen maintenance in our hallway taking care of this.
