The person who posted a review on 3/13/03 has no idea what they are talking about, or they are a descendent of the royal family. I am a grad student and I think this place is nice compared to many, many other places I have seen and where my friends stay. It was clean when we moved in, our neighbors are friendly, it is safe and there is no problem with parking. Everything (utilities) is included in the rent price, so there is no need to worry about many other bills. We have a large balcony and it is nice to not have to compete for bathrooms in the morning. Small pets are allowed, which meant I could come and bring my cat. It is also extremely quiet!! I have yet to hear the people who live next door to me because of the well insulated walls, and never do I hear people walking/talking above/below me. The master bedroom here is also enormous! I can fit all the furniture I want in it. There are small oddities about the apartment (normal wear and tear), but nothing that anyone living in a reasonably priced apartment can complain much about. This is the one rare place I would feel comfortable living alone in (I am female). The one thing that struck me about this place when I first saw it-while it's getting a little "older," it is well kept and the people who run the place see to it that children's toys and tenants' junk is not strewn all over the place like most complexes who have families or careless people. I wouldn't live here forever, but it does make a nice home while I am studying at school. So, it is a decent place to consider living.
