The apartment itself is decent. However, due to the way we have been treated it has been the worst place to live. The women in the office are very unfriendly. Maryann, Donna and Pat should be fired. They are rude and confrontational. My husband and I will not be renewing our lease. If we could be out of here tomorrow, we would be. They do not have standard rules for everyone when it comes to the pet policy. We were told a 20lb limit for dogs and I have seen several dogs 40 lbs around the complex. We were also told that a certain breed was not allowed and we have seen 2 dogs of that breed around the complex as well. They allow only one pet per apartment. I have seen 2 cats in an apartment on more than one occasion. Our kitchen sink was clogged so we called for maintenence. The woman asked us if we could just do the dishes in the bathroom sink until Monday when someone would be around to fix it. Keep in mind that many of the employees live right here at the complex. They get paid to be available 24 hours for an emergency. This past winter was horrible. The plow guys plowed terrible...even when they got around to it. As the snow was melting they never came by to "tidy" the parking lot so everything was sloppy, dirty, and discusting.
DON'T LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW YOU ARE TREATED AS A PERSON!!!
