I'm on my 2nd year here. Only real complaint is Mary Ann in the office during the week. She's extremely rude, not a people person at all. If you deal with the office on the weekends, this is an extremely nice place to live.

Appliances are older, but at least they are supplied and run for the most part. All utilities included so no fear in actually living, and it can be as hot or cold as you like.

Maintenance is very good. 3/13 is a major exagerator. Halls are cleaned and vaccumed approx once a week. Parking lots kept in good condition and plowed almost always.

Most of the time it's quiet and it's always safe feeling. I've yet to have a problem with theft.
