The apartments themselves were decent. They could have used some updating, but for the most part they were nice. However, the property manager made it an almost unbearable place to live. She has a very poor attitude and was incredibly rude at all times. Every past tenant that I have spoken to has the same response regarding Pinecrest Manor... "nice apartments but terrible management". I was a quiet tenant who paid rent on time and in full every month, but was still treated with disrespect by the property manager. It really is shocking that CNY Management allows this to continue.
