I would never recommend living at Pinecrest Manor to anyone. Although all utilities were included in the rent, the negative aspects of living there outweigh that one advantage. In my experience, we had to request maintenance to be done over and over and that included a time when we discovered black mold in some of the closets and rugs. We had to throw out alot of our goods and clothes and even though we were promised that something would be done about the mold, it never was. We cleaned up most of it and a follow up to do work so that it would not come back was never done. The attitude of Mary Ann is atrocious and she was never friendly - even when showing the apartment - and dealing with her while we lived there was a very negative experience. We had friends who lived in another building and they had mice - alot of them - when they asked for help in ridding the apartment of them, they were told 'Oh get some traps'. Just overall, really crappy attitudes with rental agent and management - and we found out that it didn't do any good to complain to management about Mary Ann and her attitude as that woman and Mary Ann were buddy-buddy.
