I will agree with everyone else here, the one individual in the office is very short and rude, and difficult to work with. I have learned to always have a happy face and always be extremely polite and have never had a problem, but that doesn't mean I cannot tell her demeanor.

As for the apartments themselves, they are large with all except the kitchen which is average. They are well sound proofed except for the hallways which generate some noise, but tolerable as no one really hangs out in the hallway.

The maintenance of the apartments is decent and my apartment came with new appliances. I've had a few problems, and most were resolved fairly quickly, and not too much of an inconvenience.

The amenities such as the washers and dryers are so, so. They did replace all the washers and dryers, but they new ones have more problems then the old ones and are always down it seems. I've never used the pool or tennis courts, but I guess they are decent.

The maintenance outside is indifferent. I find the snow clearing very acceptable and well done, considering the difficulty any plow company would have removing snow in a filled parking lot at night, but the summer landscaping is lacking and they need to spend more money maintaining the green areas and the trees and shrubbery.

The convenience of all utilities included is nice, but comes at a premium for the aparment (similar apartments in size can be found $75 - $100 less) and depending on your usage, you could find it would be cheaper to live somewhere else.

The pet policy is a little variant. There is the official pet policy (1 pet under 20lbs), but it seems there are exceptions to the rules, which I do not mind as I have a dog and had a cat for a few months, now just a dog.

Security is average to mediocre. There is a lot of lighting and the neighborhood is good, but some of the security doors in the buildings do not shut properly or do not require appropriate keys to get in. I've never had my vehicles touched/vandalized (and I own a high end car and SUV), but there have been times I've seen people in their cars out of the way waiting for someone else to arrive, do something when they arrive then leave in opposite directions. Possibly local kids doing who knows what (drug selling, etc.), but still makes you a little uncomfortable.

I have lived here almost a year and there are times when I come home and there are no parking spaces available.Sometimes our lock on the main door doesn't work and the laundry windows have no locks and the washers & dryers break or take your money.The landscape is nothing to be desired.Uprooted trees & stumps are all over the place.
