Yes there are drug deals in the parking lots all of the time. People who do not even live in Pinecrest park in all of the close spots. In the winter they come pounding on your door when your not awake..so you can move your car for them to plow. They turn off the water without any notice starting at 9:30 in the morning when they have some "minor repairs" to do. The tiles in the bathroom caved in and there was black mold growing behind it, not to mention that centipedesalways appear in our bathrooms. The maintanance crew sucks and I agree that the manager, Maryann, is very mean. The front doors are so heavy and loud that when they close, the noise thunders across the whole apartment complex and people are too rude to hold them so that they close quietly. If you are lucky, you will not get loud people upstairs that jump off of the belcony and are outside sreaming at 1 o'clock in the morning, that have parties constantly and hang condoms on your cars antena with vulgar things written all over it.-Because Mary ann does not care and will keep giving those people a "warning"
