my boyfriend and i lived there for a year. i do have to say that i was not happy with the woman maryann in the office. i was intimidated by her. i learned very quickly to drop off the check as quick as possible and leave with a smile. i did not say a word to her. i felt very safe in that apartment. i never had any problems.
