Their pool wasn't open because the lifegaurd didn't show up, the managment didn't bother to do anything, nor will maryanne(I think is her name) care. The apartments flooded because of poor drainage during heavy downpoors, and they reek of rotten eggs, we weren't allowed to use the washers and dryers to do laundry. It's 93 degrees out and Can't SWIM! The lady in the office on weekdays (I think named Maryanne)is really a mean, unfriendly and uncaring individual. (I never deal with her. She scared me when I signed the lease.) Maintainence hasn't completed any workorders for simple things since we moved in over 2 years ago. There are drug deals that go on behind the dimly lit garages as well as people getting it on back there. I witnessed a green car with tinted windows, with 2 people doing the dirty, and the next day a condom on the ground and cigarette butts where they had been. Neighbors cars have been broken into around major holidays like father's day. Yes eletricity is included in the price, but if you were to use that much electricity to make it worth the price and can deal with this stuff then this place is for you. Also this one guy has a huge dog, it is way larger than 20 pounds he lets it run around in the greenspace by his apartment. It is HUGE! I live by this motto, never judge a book by its cover.
