The buildings may look nice, but this place was awful. Mostly because of the staff, who are nasty b-----s. My roommate refused to have anything to do with them, and paid more than his share in return for me dealing with them for both of us. We had never ending problems with bugs! We should have charged those roaches for subletting! We were here for less than a year, tried to break our lease because we could't put up with them anymore. We were told that since we signed a contract, we had to pay rent for the entire length of our lease. We moved out anyway(in the dead of winter, which sucked!), and just paid the rent. They rented it to somebody else, but didn't tell us. I heard about it from a nice lady who lived downstairs. I had to call and challenge them with this before they would agree to give me my money back for the last part of our lease. They then charged us a ridiculous "rerenting fee" and insane cleaning fees (we left that place spotless!) Those staff a-holes wouldn't lift a finger for you, even when they are legally bound to (like with vermin in your apartment). Stay far away from this pit!
