If anyone is even considering moving into this dump they should be forwarned that this is quite possibly one of the worst complexes in the Liverpool area. The complex looks nice from the outside, but once you move in is when all hell breaks loose. Mary Ann, the rental agent/property manager, when I lived there is just a plain ----- who wants to make everyone she comes into contact as miserable as she is. I don't know she's able to keep her job because her conduct is despicable. We had a basement apartment that got infested with black mold and bugs and they never did anything about it - nor did they even want to. CNY management is a total joke too. They never do anything about your complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
