I just ended my 1 year lease at Pinecrest and I want to start off by saying WHAT A RIP OFF.... The WHOLE COMPLEX OUGHT TO BE MOVED RIGHT INTO THE SOUTHSIDE OF SYRACUSE... Nothing in the apartment was up to date, Cabinets were plastic, fell over a regular basis.. Oh and HERES THE BEST PART... I paid a 790 Desposit... I left the apartment in almost the same shape I moved into except for one small stain in My infant Son's room so I'm Expecting my whole 790 back.. yeah right instead i get a bill for 107 dollars saying they had to replace the refrigerator, tub vanity medicine cabinets, 5 Light bulbs,I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT AS WE SPEAK.. I RECOMMEND IF YOU THINK ABOUT MOVING THERE RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!
