I have lived here for 2 years, going on 3. I have no complaints at all. I think the grounds are beautiful and they seem to be painting or replacing carpeting in the hall and stairwells as needed. It is a quiet clean place and near shopping, doctors, etc. for me. Any time I needed maintenance they responded in a timely manner. I don't understand all the complaints. I have recommended these apartments to others and one co worker moved here.

Is Marianne still the office manager? If so, then you obviously have not dealt with her, she brings that place down by 3 points alone.
