We have lived here for two years and when we first moved in we loved it. It was clean the grounds were clean the the office staff was great. Now two year later we have water leaking into our apartment from the second and third floors our bedroom wall just about caved in when i touched it, the carpet is soaking wet and the black mold behind the sheetrock is bad. Mold every where under the sink in the bathroom, in the laundry room and the worst is in the bedroom. We have moved out now and we have been waiting 4 months for our security deposit, and when you call the office she has no phone # or address for the main office who is responsible to send the security deposits. So we are taking the owner to court. Oh yeah and dont expect to have the snow plowed in the winter,the grass mowed in the summer, or if any thing needs fixed you better do it youself because maintance is to busy trying to keep up on two properties that he doesn't have time to fix your stuff. All i can say is dont live here this guy (the owner of the property) is a slumlord. Good Luck on your search
