We've had the same problems and have the same low opinion of these apartments as the previous user. Yes, the grounds are nice and the price for a 2 bedroom isn't bad, but it's NOT worth the noise and the rifraff that you have to share a community with. As far as management, one of the leasing agents is really nice, but the general manager is HORRIBLE. We've had problems with our neighbors and their noise. Our apartment also reeks of cigarettes from other residents. There is mold all over the buildings, and we always feel sick. Also, good luck finding a parking space at night, especially during the winter when the "snow zones" take away half the spaces. TURN AROUND WHILE YOU CAN!
