My fiance and I have lived in westminster place for two years now. The aparment itself is great... new carpeting, cabinets, bathroom... Very clean upon moving in. Maintenance is great, as well. They come within 24 hours, as promised. A minor problem in my apartment was even followed-up by the property manager. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. The lounge is a great place to relax and get away from any "riff raff" or noise you may come across. So far, I have not had any problems at all with noise. In fact, this is the most quiet apartment I have ever lived in. Noise depends on your neighbors... no troubles here!

My only negative comment about these apartments would be the price - Higher than other complexes in the area and does increase every year. I guess you get what you pay for!
