Nice Apartment, WAY, WAY Too Much Noise Though

I liked the apartment and the price wasn't too bad. New carpet and new kitchen when I moved in. The maintenance people were always very prompt and solved the problems. However, the floors were paper thin and I could hear EVERYTHING that went on in the apartment below me, even casual conversation (though they were usually yelling at each other and playing loud music and TV). The noise was bad enough to be a deal-killer for me even though I really like the apartment itself. The noise problem was such that I would recommend you look elsewhere.
