at first when they show you the model apartment, your in aww because of all the nice funiture and you can tell that they had a pro designer do it. this is just designed to sell the place and it works. the place looks nice from the road but once you move in, your stuck in hell.there lease covers everything so you cant do ----,and the place is completely run by idiots. everytime i go in there, i see somebody new. i once had a package that was worth a few hundred bucks dropped off at the office so it wasnt sitting outside for hoodrats to help themselves from the candlelight apartments 100 feet away(that are starting to over run this place, wellfare must be payin good because this place is 700 a month for a 2 bedroom) anyway, back to my package,. i called the office to see if it arrived and the lady sue, was too lazy to get up off her ass, walk to the closet 3 feet away and say yes or no if it arrived.that pissed me off.
you also have to tattoo your maintenance requests to there forhead to get things done right, or the proper job done. i like my place secure, so i requested that they call first and ill unlock the door for them. does this happen' NO,. its not the mante. guys fault. theres a sign out front that says we love our residents, but we who live here know thats bull----. it should say we love our residents money. i dont have a problem with parking because i gave up and just make my own. if you dont like the hood rats dumpster diving then i guess you should just look away, you could get shot nowadays.i dont bother trying to have anything nice in my car because i know that it will be gone and ill end up replacing a window in it. everyone that has left a remark about this place, speaks the truth , about spiders,100s of them,black mold,even on window sills in bedrooms, not just bathrooms. not enough notice for anything, but if you ask for something its like pulling teeth. they changed the water department that tripled the price.town of liverpool quarterly was 25-30 bucks, now its 40 everymonth. where the hell is that money going' i guess the town of liverpool wasnt doing a good job enough for them so they switched.i have a friend in the water department and he doesnt think its even legal because they are making money on something thats not theres.
i went to pick up mail in the office one day and there was a whole ----load of hood rats hanging IN THE OFFICE PARKING LOT DOIN NADA. THEY WOULD NOT MOVE A INCH FOR ME TO GET IN.. LOOKED GOOD FROM THE ROAD. i went to charge up the laundry card in the weight room and find that its a hangout for thugs and smoking.i went in there one night and a old guy was scared out of his mind, probably getting robbed and i saved his ass..alls i got to say is run as fast as you can from this place. i make good money and split this place with a friend and i dont know how people do it.. its over a grand a month here if you want lights and a little tv.then they have the balls to raise the price of stuff half way threw the lease.laundry was a joke one month.they wanted to change the system over to a new company. so what they did was notify everyone to do all there cloths while the system was down for the change over. no big deal so i did it. they issued new cards to everyone.the charging computer was the same,the machines were the same , but your money wasnt the same.you see , the last time i did laundry, i put 20 bucks on the card to do my cloths.. all the change over was , was new cards and your old card was non refundable which they failed to mention on there notice. so my last load was 20 dollars. ive been using the laundry mat sense. hope it was worth it.
as i was saying about doing and doing for them but you wont get any favors from them, expect a 100 dollar late charge if your a day late or a check has to clear.. they wont budge either so the place can be 800 dollars for a month if your not on your toes... rediculous.. we will be leaving the first chance we get and we will be giving a notice of 3 months in advance not 2, and we will be giving it in writing,mail, and verbal so they get it threw there thick skulls.. if you look around the apartments you can see alot of empty ones now. i guess there big money making plans are back firing... alls i got to say is i hope they choke on my next rent payment. oh and i read about the storage units too, garbage. if they ar e not broken into by the kids using it as a garage, then they will either take your stuff, piss on it or throw ---- that isnt your in there,laundry lint, or put stickers on everything you own..

Sounds like some thinly veiled racism here, but some of the points here are valid. When they got bought out by another company they switched water companies to a more expensive one. Also, big rip job on the laundry card change over. 2 day notice that your money will be non-refundable. I don't have problems with "thugs" or "hood rats", but maybe it's because I'm on the far side of the complex not near the other cheaper apartment buildings.
