WORST BUILDING EVER!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NOT ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS BUILDING. ASK PEOPLE LIVING THERE AND THEY WOULD RATHER JUMP OUT THEIR WINDOW THAN LOOK AT THEIR "OCEAN VIEWS" WHAT A LOAD OF BS. THIS PLACE IS THE DEFINITION OF BAIT AND SWITCH. ITS WORSE THAN A USED CAR LOT.

Fantastic / Half the Price of Avalon If you want to live across the street from the avalon, with the same views, at HALF the price, live here. Great part time doorman, 4 blocks to LIRR, Ocean Views, across street from best beach. The rest of the people from this old list

NICE, BUT PRICEY Executive Towers is a gorgeous oceanfront building in Long Beach with a pool, etc.
However, the units are extremely expensive and when you add in the parking ($250 a spot!) it gets astronomical.

Drunks The apts are nice and the grounds are well kept. The tenants are over hill alcoholics who have no problem waking you up at 8am on a Sunday morning by yelling to one another about cocktails and beers! I would of stayed there for another year if it wasnt for the annoying drunks.
