Too Bad.. Apartment complex itself is pretty nice, building is well kept and the pool is always clean. PROBLEM>>> the Landlord Barry is one of the cheapest people I have ever met. He will jack up your rent every year and charge you for everything! Direct access to the beach, and laundry

Cheap Landlord Dont expect anything from the place except big rent increases and slow repairs. He raised my rent $265 after one year, and called me a cheap bas**rd when I complained.

Drunks The apts are nice and the grounds are well kept. The tenants are over hill alcoholics who have no problem waking you up at 8am on a Sunday morning by yelling to one another about cocktails and beers! I would of stayed there for another year if it wasnt for the annoying drunks.
