Avalon Willow The Leasing office has a good community manager but out of the two leasing agents, 1 will give you incorrect information.
The maintenance crew, starting with the manager is the worse I ever seen. Lack of knowledge, poor upkeep, priorities are not placed in correct

Horrible customer service - not helpful, charging late fees even if paid on time,
disconnected our utilities because they thought we moved out, maintanance comes to fix problems two to three months after calling them etc. etc.

Flooding The car park flooded and totalled like 100 cars on 3/2/2007 and the leasing office did not even tell its residents. Upon further research this happened 3 yrs ago as well. Last yr there were like 10 breakins. Dont movein here.

serious noise and safety issues this apt. complex was broken in 8 times in 6last six month and management hasnt been proactive in preventing these breakins. noise is a serious issue.

I would recommend.. I lived at the Avalon for one year. I would have stayed, however, my career took me to Los Angeles. The management is very good and I was a very happy tenant.

Avalon Willow Very noisy. Low level of acoustical separation between apartments. For the amount of rent they charge, I would think they would use better construction materials and procedures.
