Overpriced
This building has a pretty lobby and the apartments are spacious but the interior finishes are cheap -- laminate and man-made materials in bathroom. The management is ineffectual. After living here a year they management wanted an outlandish increase. I've chosen to move to aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

fine place to live
I like the building. The staff is a joy - friendly and responsive. All essentail services are well maintained. The building is very safe. A couple of odditiies that the review selections below don't ask about 1. Management favors 1 year renewals, vs 2ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Best in NYC - 140 & 180 Stop Complaining!
I am a native New Yorker (59 years old) and I have seen them all. This is by far the best upscale rental in the city and I am thrilled to come home everyday. The service staff is incredible and the maintenence guys can'tā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Love our new apt and location
Moved here 6 months ago and glad we did. The building is beautiful, the apts are roomy and has nice appointments (e.g., granite, wood floors, nice appliances), and the staff couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. We park right next door at 160ā¦Ā See More >dodgecity

Bad experience
We went through the enire application process - three visits and paying the application fee. We chose an apartment and were approved."Congrats" We were told to call on a certain date and schedule a time to sign the lease. I was also told to mentionā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Top-notch staff -- the best in New York
My husband and I moved in two weeks ago, and yesterday our beloved, aged cat went missing. The staff left no stone unturned in helping us find him. They suggested I check each stairwell and proceeded to help me do this -- on all 30-some-oddā¦Ā See More >Jane111111

180 and 140 Trump Place
The superintendents for both these buildings are incompetent. It is just so difficult to find and get a decent response from them. The air conditioning is a disaster, freezing in winter and boiling in summer, how they keep there jobs is just beyond me. Thenā¦Ā See More >anonymous

140 service bad
have to agree with other posters about service in 140. concierges seem to never answer the phone- especially in morning and afternoon. service requests are often just not put in at all- have to call numerous times to get one completed. some of the concierges,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Location, Location..not much else
That would be the #1 reason to choose Trump. Onsite Staff--ok, not particularly friendly, with a couple of exceptions (Greg, Leslie). Equity management staff--not a customer-service oriented person amongst them. Poor handling of renewals, agents not equipped to explain rental agreements, noā¦Ā See More >new2ny

Love living in 160
I've lived in 160 riverside blvd for 11 months, and I think it's great. Some of these reviews are negative, but here are my impressions about the apartment, the building, and staff: 1) We put a wall in a one bedroom and "flexed" it to haveā¦Ā See More >anonymous

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Building employees are very bad. They are too rude, can hardly speak English, and are EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE towards tenants and their families. It could take weeks to get technical help from building engineers. On the ground floor of the entire building there is 2 orā¦Ā See More >anonymous

220 Riverside Great
I have lived in 220 Riverside since its opening in 2003. I have no real complaints. Friendly staff, courteous white glove service, resident manager is responsive and pro-active in communications. Low maintenance fee. At the annual board meetings the only real complaints (from other residents) have beenā¦Ā See More >yummygia

Great building for Dog owners and UWS lovers
This is a great building and is very pet and children friendly. Animals are great and being prejudice towards dogs/cats is so not classy. I would rather live in a building with dogs then a building with tons of brat children. This building is greatā¦Ā See More >Trump Place
