Academy Place was my first place away from home. I recommend that you do NOT live in the single floor apartments, my NiMo bill was more than my rent. I moved into the Hadley Lane (3 floor) BUILDING and it was great! Maintenance guys are GREAT, hard working and always willing to help. They always wave to you when you drive by. The manager Jane is a raging b*t*h. She has a bad attitude, and generally hates life, but you aren't really in any contact with her. There is ample lighting generally, some spots need more lighting. Generally, I would say that my experience was great, due to the maintenance guys.
