Great Experience - Academy Place was my first place away from home. I recommend that you do NOT live in the single floor apartments, my NiMo bill was more than my rent. I moved into the Hadley Lane (3 floor) BUILDING and it was great! Maintenance guys are GREAT, hard working and always willing to help. They always wave to you when you drive by. We love it here Suburban Park is a nice quiet complex. The grounds are well taken care of, parking lots are cleared of snow etc. We enjoy the club house facility that has a gym, pool table and few other perks that are available to us anytime. My boyfriend and I love it here!

DO Not Live HERE! Lived in SPA for 1 yr. Management is less than friendly after the initial move-in. Apartments are constructed very poorly. you can hear people talking even at normal voice levels. I had ants for weeks after moving in. Had to have the place treated MGT wouldt do it!!!! the

Disappointment and frustration!! Had an emergency call and never came, also never bothered to come back for the rest of the things on the list. I'm just seeing this review and It definately says alot!! We have a noisy neighbor and the parking is horrendous!

Average apartments Apartments are well maintained, maintenance staff is great, they fix things same day almost always. Decent parking and a garage comes with every apartment. Rent is decent/average. Jane, the rental agent, is kind of a b*tch, who doesnt seem to go out of her way
