We have now been renting here for alittle over a year, and for apartment living we love it. My husband and I live in their Devon apartment, which has noone above you or below you. We have a washer and dryer in our unit,dishwasher, and its a one bedroom. We love it.!
We are a newly married couple and for the two of us it is perfect, though, we are now looking to start a family and we realize a one bedroom will not work forever.
On another note, the maintenance staff is amazing, whenever there is a problem they are always right there to address it, but for as long as we have been living there we have never had anything major wrong with the apartment, ( just a problem with the window )
As far as hearing you neighbors on the sides of you, you hear nothing just in the morning when we are getting ready to go to work we can hear our neighbors shower or toilet flush. From the outside the apartment may not look like luxury but the inside is so cozy. Also you do have those people that refuse to keep the outside clean infront of their apartment.
Also, they pay for your heat and hot water which is definately a plus.! We plan on staying here until we can find a house or until we cant fit our baby and us in there. And when that happens and we still havent found a house, we enjoy the community so much that we will move across the street in to their rental condos.
As a young couple starting out and newly married this was our best choice and we do not regret it. I recommend going down to the rental office and looking at the models.!
