As a young couple on LI, we have searched endlessly to try to find a decent apartment in our price range. I have to say we found it in the Tall Oaks community. We have plenty of closet space and the best feature by far is the washer and dryer in our unit (Barclay). They have a decent pet policy as well. Luckily, we havent needed any repairs thus far so I have no idea of how the maintanence is, but overall this is a good value for your monesy.
