The Tall Oaks of Pine Hills:
Pretty darn pricey...free Heat & Hot Water
Old 70's style appliances...No Star Energy label appliances (except for washer/dryer, if you choose an apartment with them).
Security....WHAT SECURITY'' CAR BREAK IN'S occur just about every single day. This is an issue apparently that has been going on for a while. And NO one does anything about it!!!
