What a mistake I made moving into this place. Don't be fooled by the golf course surroundings. It's a glorified trailer park. It's third-world design and construction. I have smokers on both sides and every time they light up somehow the stench comes right into my apartment. It wakes me up at four in the morning when the person next door gets up for a cigarette. The apartment doors are not secure. There's no deadbolt or even a safety lock. You can get into any apartment with a credit card. THERE IS NO OUTGOING MAIL SLOT ON THE MAILBOXES. You have to drive to the post office to mail your bills. Half the machines in the laundry room are out of service. Can't wait for my lease to be up. Don't make the same mistake. Keep looking.

Some of the things are correct. I wish they would take some of the money and update the interiors. I painted my place only to be complimented and told in the same sentence that unless I paint it back forget the security.The appliances are old yet they continue to nickel and dime about extras like taxes and excess energy costs. I just wish they put some money into a brighter exterior also.

I live in the same complex and I know that my outgoing mail is taken from my mailbox. I have a dead bolt on my door. Laundry machine room, for the most part, has machines that work. I have neighbors on both sides of me. I never hear a peep out of any of them. One neighbor smokes and I rarely smell the smoke in my apartment, but it's never to the degree of which you are portraying it to be. Maybe where you are in the complex, it is different, but where I am, things are not nearly as dramatic as you make them out to be.

North was an ok place until Heatherwood kept raising prices to stupid amounts. They also will steal your deposit and threaten you. I remember a time they were complaining they were raising rent because "things were getting a little expensive to maintain" Shortly thereafter they had new golf carts show up... crooks.
