Not really getting better

Although one would hope with new management all things would get better. The important things are still being ignored and in some cases worse.
Being without hot water with no notification and no reply for 2 days really is unacceptable. The prior management, as bad as they were, at least notified the residents of issues and an estimated resolution day/time.
There seems to be an air of lack of respect for the tenants and not realizing that this is their home.
Keep looking, there are better places out there and they cost less.
