My lease is up and I will never return. Southpoint lied to me from the first day I moved in, to the day that I moved out. The rent is way to high, then the ISTA bill comes.

You are so right! They show you this great model of a refurbished apartment and then you rent one that does not look anything like the model. It has the same ugly yellow tiles from the 1970s and I need not tell you about the toilet bowl... disgusting. I paid a private plumber to replace the toilet in my apartment. The cabinets are old and just painted over, the cabinet doors are crooked and my tile in the kitchen is already lifting. The ista bills are outrageous. The last heating season was crazy, then the summer was good now I suspect they will creep back up again. I guess the staff does their job...they sold me on this dump but I won't be taken for a fool twice. I am moving out at the end of my term too.
