A REAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THE MGMT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE TENANTS. ONCE YOU SIGN THE LEASE, YOU ARE A PIECE OF DIRT TO THEM. GROUNDS ARE ABYSMAL. SECTION EIGHTS EVERYWHERE. COPS ALWAYS HERE. HEATING COSTS A FORTUNE BECAUSE YOU SHARE THE COSTS WITH THE ENTIRE COMPLEX.

GOOD LUCK WITH THE OBNOXIOUS, RUDE, CRUDE MANAGER GOOD LUCK TO ALL. I lived there for one and half years.
Residence are either cool or to themselves- that's ok.
The MANAGEMENT- GET YOUR BOXING GLOVES AND EAR PLUGS- YOU WILL GET YELLED AT AND ARUGUED WITH- EVEN IF YOU NEED A SIMPLE

I love it, been here for 2 years My wife and I just moved away due to buying a house. I have to say maybe before the new Mgt came, it had some real issues, but I respect the effort the new staff made. I almost wish we were just moving it, the place looks great, they have alot

The place has changed from what is was-4 stars rated now I know that there are many negative comments, but I see a big change in the commmunity. There is a new management company,and all the people involved have been very helpful. The apartments are all renovated, I love the place.

NO STARS My lease is up and I will never return. Southpoint lied to me from the first day I moved in, to the day that I moved out. The rent is way to high, then the ISTA bill comes.

Light at the end of the Tunnel My partner and myself have lived here for 13 years and we both agree that the new management is definitely moving in the right direction. There are some noticeable changes in the way the complex is cared for. Now it will surely take some time to get everything done
