I have lived here at Fairfield Villas at Medford for awhile....its beautiful but extremely high on theft. IF i was anyone looking for apartments I would choose somewhere else. Fairfield is a very large monopoly, and care very little about the people that rent at their properties. They do not return your deposit once you leave and they do not return any of your phone calls if you have any type of concerns on anything. Back to the whole theft issue. I will give you examples.Cars got broken into. One womans car her tires got completely taken off her car and was left on center blocks, a mans apartment was broken into. SO to whoever is reading this my advice to you is STAY FAR FAR AWAY......DO NOT RENT AT ANY FAIRFIELD APARTMENTS!!!!THEY SUCK!!!!
