Medford Pond's First Review - I have been a resident almost a year and love the atmosphere. Villas at Medford Apartments are beautiful and very spacious. Washer/Dryer in unit and dishwasher. Pool is very enjoyable during the summer. People in complex are very friendly. Manager does her best to work around tenants needs and schedules.

Villas at Medford Owner is a fouled mouth bully that probally treats his employees that way.Who rarley shows himself at the complex. Managment is poor, but with a boss like that, no wonder. Promises for a club house has never been meet.Residents always rallying to boycott the rent. Many apartments

HIGH ON THEFT I have lived here at Fairfield Villas at Medford for awhile....its beautiful but extremely high on theft. IF i was anyone looking for apartments I would choose somewhere else. Fairfield is a very large monopoly, and care very little about the people that rent at their properties.
