Villas at Medford Apartments are beautiful and very spacious. Washer/Dryer in unit and dishwasher. Pool is very enjoyable during the summer. People in complex are very friendly. Manager does her best to work around tenants needs and schedules.

a realistic review I lived here for 2 years & overall I have to say it was a good experience.
Pros:
The apartments have a great layout & are very spacious as a result of good utilization of the footage. The upstairs units are well worth the extra money, the ceilings are vaulted & very high.

HIGH ON THEFT I have lived here at Fairfield Villas at Medford for awhile....its beautiful but extremely high on theft. IF i was anyone looking for apartments I would choose somewhere else. Fairfield is a very large monopoly, and care very little about the people that rent at their properties.
