Years at this apartment: 1982 - 1984
 
i just return to village one apt after almost 30 years to rent a apartment and i could not belive that it has not been upgraded in all that time it was very very bad i saw one apartment that had 8x 11 sheets of paper on the main window in the living room uses them as curtain instead of reguar curtain how tacky
