Village One was worth the money until a few years ago when the management office was shifted here. Now the Customer Service sucks, one has to make repeated requests and yet nothing happens. Lately, they have implemented a draconian towing policy. You park a 1/2 inch in the dirt (they like to call it lawn) and the car is towed away (thats a $150 hole in the pocket). You crossed just over the line, too bad that would cost $150. They are also known to find innovative ways to force the tenants to evict.

Village one is NEVER worth the money, not unless you don't mind tipping maintenance workers for work that should have been done YEARS AGO...or like surprise inspections of the apartment...or don't mind getting to hear the upstairs neighbors "having fun" in stereo ALL NIGHT LONG...

Village One apartments are easily the most dangerous in the Capital District. Anyone planning on living there BEWARE! They are being inspected by the housing board for violating county sanitation procedures. Walk into any building and you will see how squalid they look. Renting here could be compromising the safety of your family just to save a few dollars a month. Just DON'T do it!!!!
