OK apartments, diverse tenants

Adequate housing in an area that is VERY expensive. It was the only thing we could afford in the area. Not many apartment complexes in Suffolk (aside from the retirement communities). Maintainance guys took their time, especially with our leaky roof. Too far from LIE. Neighbors unfriendly, sometimes loud. We kept pets but no one noticed/cared that we didn't pay pet rent of $35/mo per pet. New kitchen was nice, overall liveable, but I have seen much better. Size was good for the money.
