Well we have been here for 8 months and almost had a nervous breakdown. Not one person in this place has respect for anyone or anyone's things. I can hear my neighbor blink upstairs. Not to mention her son jumping around all hours of the night. When we spoke to the property manager about their noise and her 12 cats!!!( Yes that's right 12) They could careless.....hey they're still getting their money right' Parking here is absolutely horrible here if you have more than one car. People let their dogs and cats run free and no one ever picks up after them. In fact my new neighbors next door let their dog go right on my walkway...nice huh' We now have new friends that live in our bathrooms....ants. We are probably the only people that live here that actually pay for their animal, so if your thinking of moving here and have a pet don't even bother telling then when you sign your lease.

The apartment itself I love. Yeah it's not put together so great but aside from all the white trash around here this would be a nice place to live. Oh and don't let the tennis court fool you. That poor thing hasn't been played on in 10 years. It has never been kept up and probably never will. Also one laundry center really doesn't cut it.

Yep, one laundry room...10 machines, 10 dryers utilized by both renters and condo owners on same property. EVERY TIME I go in, there is ONE person using all ten machines to do their laundry - and the security door is always held open with a chair, so who knows who's coming in to use the facility.
